Manthos was born in Athens but he moved with his family at his homeland Tinos in 2013. He is mechanical engineer and also master in Taekwondo. He is an outdoorsy and his love about nature and extreme sports impelled him to concern himself with rock climbing, hiking, canyoning etc. Nowadays he works in an athletic club at Tinos Island teaching Taekwondo to kids and organizing hiking tours and rock climbing lessons.
